At Elevation Produce, we transformed our passion for growing plants into a mission to cultivate the finest produce for our community. Our commitment to quality starts with understanding the land and respecting its natural rhythms. By using sustainable farming practices and nurturing the soil, we ensure that every fruit and vegetable we grow is not only fresh but also bursting with flavor. We take pride in knowing that our hard work on the farm contributes to the health and well-being of our neighbors, providing them with nutritious, delicious options straight from our fields to their tables.

Our CSA

Weekly boxes of fresh produce

At Elevation Produce, we strive to provide sustainably grown produce for our subscribers. We are committed to engaging you with your food source and providing high-quality produce. We pack produce into boxes for every subscriber and have them ready for pick up either at our farm or the Elkhart Farmers Market. Our CSA season runs for 18 weeks from June to the end of September. This year we are offering two different subscription options, a full-subscription and a half-subscription.
Our weekly newsletters will provide information on what’s in the box, news from the farm, and details about the overall harvest. This will be sent via email each week.
As a CSA subscriber, you must pick up your box on your chosen pick-up day and location for that week.
Pick-up times and locations:
Fridays from 8am-8pm at Elevation Produce located at 23206 State Road 119 Goshen, IN 46526
Saturdays from 9am-1pm at the Elkhart Farmers Market located at Kardzhali Park in Elkhart
If you cannot pick up your box, you are welcome to have a friend pick up your box that week. Please just email or call us with their name.
If you do not pick up your box nor decide for someone else to pick up your box, you forfeit your box for the week. The produce box will be donated to a local food pantry, Seed to Feed, which is located in Elkhart. There is no refund for unclaimed boxes.
For the 2025 growing season, the first available pick-up will be the weekend of May 30-31, 2025
The last pick-up day will be September 27, 2025.
We require each subscriber to return the prior week’s box for reuse when they pick up their produce for that week.
